Optional message consent
This page explains how we handle optional emails and texts. You never need to agree to marketing or reminder messages to use Carb Cert or to complete your Clean Truck Check filing and payment.
Compliance form
On the last step of the compliance form, next to the required Terms and Conditions checkbox, you may optionally agree to receive email or text messages about your application, reminders, and related updates. Leaving that box unchecked does not affect your ability to pay or submit.
Unsubscribe
You can stop these messages at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or text we send, or by visiting our email preferences page to update your choices.
Transactional messages
We may still send essential communications about your order or account (for example, payment receipts or support replies) as described in our Privacy Policy.
